Head Waiter

As a Waiter/Waitress  you will be trusted to represent the Big Easy Brand to our guests as well as the team. You will be Brand Ambassador possessing strong interpersonal skills as well as an ability to multitask. 

Waiters/Waitresses  will have strong leadership skills and will be part of our team to success by being the ‘best in class’ and ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable service. 

You will contribute to the success of the business by maintaining high standards of food presentation, service and front of house knowledge as well as by being integral in training existing and new members of the serving team. This role will help you to take first steps towards your future career.
